El museo está alojado en el antiguo Palacio del Conde de Buenavista, diseñado por el arquitecto Manuel Tolsá entre 1798 y 1805. Sin duda, es muy tranquilo, tienen un patio tipo sala de estar para relajarte, leer, comer o simplemente estar, su estructura sin duda es preciosa, las exposiciones son llamativas, se encuentran obras de José María Velasco.
