Tiene un invernadero lindo, donde cultivan lechugas y otros vegetales, yo ayudo ahí, es voluntario, cuando quieran pasar por una lechuguita hidropónica son bienvenido. Las canchas de básquet están en buenas condiciones, se hace ejercicio muy a gusto ahí. Ay vecinos chismosos y conflictivos, como en todos lados, pero en general es tranquilo.
