El parque está en buen estado, pero no entiendo porque le hacen un monumento a este matón de la revolución mexicana !

Muy solitario, a pesar de lo concurrido del parque. Dentro del monumento, la iluminación es escasa y falta museografía. Ya no está el brazo del manco de Celaya. Mucho monumento para solo resguardar una estatua y el piso de lo que fue el restaurante la Bombilla.
