J'ai commandé pour la seconde fois mais hélas probablement la dernière chez sumo sushi Les makis commandés étaient bons, frais et ma commande est arrivée dans les temps. Rien à redire en premier lieu. Le problème c'est que je suis allergique aux graines de sésame. Hélas mes makis végétariens censés être dénués de sésame sur le papier en étaient "contaminés" de partout. Je m'en suis rendu compte à mi chemin de ma dégustation. Probablement car ils ont du être roulés là où on été confectionnés les californias rolls qui eux en ont dans leur recette. Bref je sais bien que le restaurant n'est pas censé le savoir pour mon allergie. Mais la moindre des choses quand on confectionne ou cuisine un produit c'est de nettoyer les traces des produits précédents avant. Il y a énormément de personnes intolérantes ou gravement allergiques comme moi qui souffrent de cette maladresse de la part de beaucoup de restaurateurs et qui ont peur de manger ou commander au restaurant. A raison ce coup ci. Pas de réaction allergique par miracle, mais j'ai eu peur et aurait pu en mourir. Je ne recommanderai donc pas dans ce restaurant et c'est dommage car très bon et proche de mon travail. Mais malheureusement pas assez précautionneux
