Suite à un bug sur les applications, je n'arrivais plus à me connecter, je viens de raccrocher avec une charmante dame du service de facturation, elle m'a demandé quelques renseignements puis m'a dit qu'elle allait me rappeler, elle a réglé mon problème en 5min toute seule, étant au travail elle m'a rendu vraiment service... Tout fonctionne comme avant grâce à elle. Je la remercie vivement.

Sodexo envoit des relances et des recommandé pour des factures fictives! Ma fille ne va plus à l'école depuis un an! Ils sont injoignables, ni par mail, bi courruer, ni telephone. Ce pourrait etre excusable si la nourriture de la cantine et le prix et le service était correct. Ce n'est pas le cas.
