Cinq étoiles largement méritées pour Enzo et générosité sans faille ! Je suis passé hier et il m’a gentiment dépanné avec deux pâtons de pâte à pizza absolument parfaits. La pâte était super bien aérée, avec une texture légère et bien hydratée, ce qui a donné des pizzas incroyables cuites au feu de bois. Ma nièce a adoré et on s’est régalés. Encore merci pour cette générosité et cette qualité exceptionnelle. Je recommande chaudement !
