Découverte de cet enseigne au hasard d'une balade à St Ferréol. J'ai donc essayé leur produits sans aprioris. Le goût de ce fruit, l'açai, est agréable et frais. J'ai choisi la composition présentée en publicité. Du coup, j'ai été moins convaincu par le mixe de saveurs avec le beurre de cacahuète (dont je suis amateur de base)... Je reviendrai essayer avec d'autres produits qui seront sans doute plus en accord niveau gustatif. Tarif un peu élevé : 10 euros minimum pour avoir le choix.

Petite boutique qui propose des glaces à base du " super fruit" du palmier wassaï, récolté en Amazonie, principalement au Brésil et réputé pour sa forte activité antioxydante et ses propriétés anti-inflammatoires. Vous avez la possibilité de choisir la taille de votre bowl et les différentes garnitures qui sont pléthore : fruits frais, granula, graines, crème de pistache, beurre de cacahuètes, yaourt... Une vraie découverte gustative et gourmande.
