Wer in Marseille ist, sollte unbedingt im Mariposas vorbeischauen, einem komplett veganen Restaurant, das vorwiegend mit regionalen und ökologischen Zutaten arbeitet: Wir waren zweimal da, weil die Gerichte so unglaublich kreativ und individuell sind. Beim zweiten Mal ein Überraschungs-5-Gänge-Menü. Ob gerösteter Fenchel an Kürbiscreme, Pilze in Rotweinsauce an gebackenem Kürbis mit würzigem Kartoffelpüree, Bohnensalat auf Auberginencreme, gefüllte Zwiebeln in Spiegelei-Look, schwarzer Reis mit Bohnen und Fenchel oder extrem intensiv schmeckende Zitronenschnitte zum Nachtisch: Bei jedem Gericht hat man das Gefühl, so etwas in dieser Art noch nie gegessen zu haben. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben hier tolles und extravagantes Essen bekommen und waren über die Variationen und Kreationen sehr begeistert. Es war unser Abschlussessen und behalten dieses Restaurant sehr gut in Erinnerung. Zusätzlich toller Service. Für Leute die nicht so gerne Neues ausprobieren möchten empfiehlt es sich vermutlich weniger.
