Expérience unique à l’Épuisette. N’étant pas un amateur de cuisine gastronomique, j’appréhendais un peu de ne pas sortir rassasié en voyant les quantités. Mais ce n’est pas ce qu’on recherche en venant ici, et j’ai été stupéfait par les saveurs que j’ai découvertes. Les plats sont travaillés, très raffinés, et avec la succession des services on ressort finalement avec la panse bien remplie. J’avais demandé une table bien placée et ma demande a été respectée, ce qui a rendu le repas encore plus agréable. Un beau souvenir.
