J’ai vécu ce soir une expérience culinaire inoubliable. Les linguine clovisse que j’ai dégustés ici sont, sans aucune hésitation, les meilleurs de ma vie. Et ce n’est pas peu dire ! C’est mon plat préféré, et après avoir sillonné toute l’Italie et la Sicile à la recherche de la perfection, je peux affirmer que ce restaurant l’a trouvée. Les pâtes étaient cuites à la perfection, les palourdes d’une fraîcheur remarquable, et la sauce… un équilibre sublime entre le goût iodé de la mer, l’ail délicat et une pointe de persil. Un plat à la fois simple et magistral. J’ai aussi goûté dans l’assiette de mon mari un risotto avec seiches du matin à l’encre de seiche, tout aussi raffiné, et terminé par un tiramisu absolument divin : un vrai accord parfait avec mon ressenti général. Miam, un délice ! Ajoutez à cela un service chaleureux, une ambiance conviviale, un cadre magnifique et une vraie passion en cuisine : c’est un sans-faute absolu. Je reviendrai, c’est une certitude !! Amen

Un très bel endroit, agréable, bon rapport qualité prix, personnel sympathique, cuisine excellente, je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un repas calme et possiblement romantique.
