We stopped by for a quick late lunch around 2pm. No reservations needed. The menu ‘combos’ were a little confusing and I don’t think we quite figured it out but the food was DELICIOUS. We loved the creativity of the chef and understand the menu changes quite often. We got: braised beef tripe, seashell pasta with Parmesan cream and a waffle with caramel, saffron and whipped cream. Service was also fast and friendly.

Une expérience gustative incroyable avec des saveurs qui mettent en éveil vos papilles ! En entrée nous avons pris le Thon rouge (première fois de ma vie que je trouve ça bon) et la soupe de riz (fabuleuse), ça twiste dans les assiettes. En plat le ris de veau et l’ailes de raie, c’était magnifique. Et en dessert l’incontournable gaufre liégeoise moelleuse, légère et gourmande. Le service était juste p a r f a i t. Le seul bémol: l’aération. Cela sentait fort le BBQ dedans. Un grand merci à l’équipe et au chef. À très bientôt
