Le pho était très bon, les nems poulet aussi (quoiqu’un poil trop de citronnelle à mon gout). les rouleaux de printemps crevettes: excellents mais par contre le porc au caramel… le goût est spectaculaire car pour une fois que je commande un porc au caramel j’ai vraiment le goût du caramel et je n’ai pas un vieux sweet n sour.. NONOBSTANT la viande de porc est pleine de nerfs, de gras, elle est dure sous la dent.. c’est immangeable. j’ai dû manger mon riz avec la sauce uniquement :( prêtez un peu plus attention à la qualité de vos viandes svp
