On nous a offert un marbré mercredi pour la fête de Yom Kippour. Il était tellement bon que j'ai appelé dès ce matin pour demander où il avait été acheté. C'est une merveille. Il était énorme et même avec des brioches maison, un gâteau aux pommes maison et des chaussons aux pommes maison, on l'a dévoré. Chapeau au pâtissier. PS : je n'ai pas de photos, son succès l'a fait disparaître en moins de 2.
