Un vrai coup de cœur ! Paloma Marseille, c’est l’adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de cocktails travaillés, originaux et surtout parfaitement équilibrés. On est loin des classiques trop sucrés ou mal dosés qu’on retrouve ailleurs. Ici, les recettes sont créatives, changent régulièrement et restent abordables. Le patron prend le temps de vous guider et répond à toutes vos questions avec passion. Nous avons même eu la chance de revenir le lendemain pour un événement « dîner en 5 étapes » accompagné de cocktails à base de saké : une expérience exceptionnelle, maîtrisée de A à Z, sans aucune fausse note. Bravo et merci pour ce moment unique, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
