Bel endroit dans un très beau parc, le bâtiment est du second empire, très entretenu. Vous avez une vue extraordinaire sur le Mucem, le fort Saint-Jean et le port à partir du Pharo. Vous avez même en cas de forte affluence une certaine sérénité quu règne dans ce parc ou la belle vue invite à la méditation intérieure. J'y vais à chaque fois que je suis à Marseille et j'aime beaucoup cet endroit, en plus situé pas trop loin de la plage des Catalans, ce qui lui fait encore un avantage supplémentaire.
