After being disappointed another restaurant nearby, my husband and I went to Tom Yam. The food was fabulous, the service was a little slow (towards the end of the evening) but all in all a lovely evening

We called and ordered to collect, the duck spring rolls were very nice, the chicken pad thai was just okay, the noodles and vegetables had a good flavour but the chicken was bland, and alsmot tasted boiled. It really let the dish down and we both picked out the chicken and left it. I would have given 4 stars but we were also charged a service fee, which I don't understand, we drove there and picked it up, and did not order through deliveroo as I know this costs the restaurant in fees. I've never experienced a charge for collecting food before.
