Waited 25 minutes for cold sandwiches (which were previously warm) not sure when the serve one customer then move on changed but there’s one person making the sandwiches one person finishing and wrapping do by the time your order fulfilled it’s cold. Will not visit again

Wouldn’t recommend ordering online. £7 and I practically got half a sandwich, if that. Don’t think they’d do that if I ordered at the shop, so it’s sheer laziness and disrespect. Very disappointing but not surprised with a fast food company, sadly, their standards are clearly very low and their staff need retraining.
