Really busy but quick service, drink made perfectly. There was one young lady with long dark hair in a ponytail and lots of smiles. She took my order and helped all the rest of the staff. If everyone worked as hard as she does, with that level of customer service the world would the a much nicer place.

Tables were a mess, staff were cheeky, abrupt and rude as hell. Even got an eye roll when asked between two drinks which was more "fruity".

Last time I come here. Service is always awkward or rushed. They always charge me when I bring my own cup! The macchiato tasted like nothing but milk, there was an off taste to it, that made me feel sick throughout the day. Over £5 for a grande drink that I couldnt even finish? Waste of money. It's gone so bad this store, its never clean either.
