I’ve ordered plenty of times on my lunch break and a couple times I’ve turned up VERY late to collect my food due to work being extremely busy. The lady at the till kindly put a fresh portion of fries in the bag for my burger meal as the first portion had gotten cold. Again she didn’t have to do this and I didn’t expect it she did it out of kindness. Much appreciated
