I’m not the type of person who usually writes reviews, but today I felt I absolutely needed to share my experience. I visited Pret, and the trainee girl who served me was amazing! She had the most beautiful smile and a truly friendly attitude, making me feel so welcome. She was efficient and prepared my coffee quickly, even though I was in a rush to catch a meeting. Thanks to her, I made it to my meeting on time. Her kindness really made my day! I just wish I knew her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. Excellent customer service like that is rare, and she truly deserves praise.
