I went into this shop today around 5pm (15th July) and I was served very quickly and proceeded to go to the bus and on my way, I dropped my food. When I returned, they swiftly apologised (it wasn't even their fault it was raining), replaced my food and double bagged it, I am so thankful. Thank you so much to the people at this wonderful branch and will definitely return.
