Yesterday we had a dinner at my punjab. The food here was outstanding, truely some of the best Ive had ! Unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by the service. A staff member named i think aminat displayed an unprofessional behaviour, lacked basic customer service skills and communicated poorly. Exceptional food deserves equally exceptional service. And her behaviour was completely unacceptable. I dont know why she being so friendly more than needed. Management should seriously address this, because great food alone isn’t enough when the service leaves such a negative impression. She don’t want to give us personal space, coming all over again after taking order .. if this girl’s behaviour and communication skills doesn’t change, many customers will think twice before returning!
