I made an Uber order. #27777 It came wrong The duty Manager "A" blamed Uber "they're awful aren't they" But after asking her to check CCTV it transpired an underage staff member was using a tray of BBQ dips to trick the scales to finishing orders. >When I said I recorded it more staff got involved. Not responsibly. Chucking them under the bus due to age not their management. Whilst also there the goodwill gestures two customers. Completely remade another drive-thru order that was handed off cold and duty shift manager just didn't take r Accountability. Shocking poor service. "Happy to be contacted if you wish to reach out!"
