I have not got the words to describe my experience at this drive thru! The worst service I have ever experienced

I ordered a drink. They gave me a cup of soda water clearly the machine had run out of syrup. I went in and said it had run out. They said they'd rectify it, they handed me the exact same cup back, I tasted it nothing had changed. I said again. This happened two more times. Eventually I just changed my order to a sprite they gave me a cup of soda water. So I just walked out because they clearly didn't care. Do better. Get a manager in there that actually cares.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This branch is an embarrassment to Macdonalds! Once again 2 parts of the large meals were missing so a treat for the children after their first day back at school was ruined but it’s not a first time it’s every singe Deliveroo meal there is always food or drinks, sauces and straws missing. I don’t know how a Macdonalds member of staff manage to get every meal wrong. There is no senior managers to speak to no head office in Manchester. They refuse to give out missing food as it’s a Macdonalds rule! You do get a refund from Deliveroo but I’m sure people would prefer a full meal You really need to Upskill your staff or replace them!
