The lady here that helped us when UberEats messed up, is an absolute ANGEL!! They don't get paid enough to be apologetic on Ubers behalf. Thank you so much for all of your help! Will easily order again. Looking forward to nipping in, next time we're in town.

I had a genuinely lovely experience at Greggs today, thanks to Dezirae, who went above and beyond with her customer service. She was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and genuinely engaged in making customers feel welcome and cared for.
