2nd time they have charged me twice.

Saturday morning service was so slow. Took 15 minutes to serve 3 people sandwiches. One staff member serving having a chat with the other preparing whilst not noticing the growing queue of around 6 people. (This is not a complaint around staff distribution - I understand that). Staff member serving did not seem capable of taking a basic order of 2 pastries as she forgot to give me one. Was also not told food was freezing - though not surprised after the wait. Awful service
