The staff are so welcoming, upbeat and friendly here especially the young ladies that work on a Saturday morning (Becky and Nor). The customer service is fantastic they are both a credit to Costa. I enjoy my vegan toastie and latte and love sitting in the outside seating area in the sun. Would highly recommend.☕😊

There is so much going on with Stretford Mall at the moment and a lot has been said on social media about who is going where when it comes to businesses. I would love to do a shout out about Becky who is the manager of the Costa franchise in the Mall. That gal is always so welcoming and friendly to the locals who pass through , no matter whether it is 7:30am or 5:30pm. She makes my tea and toast for me just as I like it! She is a bright shining star in Stretford in my eyes!
