I had a wonderful cup of mocha topped with whipped cream — it was absolutely amazing!

Staff member named Reece (large guy with nose ring and ear ring) was extremely rude to myself and other customers, alongside other staff members. We brought our puppy in to get a pup cup and whilst a female member of staff was chatting to us about him (unsure of her name but she was lovely), he ordered her to go and clean the machine rudely. He should not be working in a customer facing role if he is giving such an attitude! Have encountered him at the drive through before and he has also been rude, so can’t have just been an off day, as I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt.
