Đoàn của mình đáp tàu đến Manchester muộn lúc 21:30, lấy phòng khách sạn xong cũng gần 22:00, trời thì mưa gió. Lúc đó, cả đoàn đói, chỉ mong có bát phở hay mì ăn cho ấm bụng. Mình google xem thì thấy còn mỗi Chuan Restaurant còn nhận khách ăn và mở cửa đến 23:00, hơn nữa cũng gần khách sạn đang ở. Mặc dù cũng biết quán này nằm ở Gay Village nhưng cũng đánh liều vào ăn. Và kết quả là: 9 người, 15 phút chờ nấu, 9 bát phở bò ngon lành. Thái độ phục vụ rất tốt. Mỗi tội quán hết phòng ăn, đoàn mình phải ngồi phòng karaoke với ánh đèn mờ. Bù lại, đoàn được ăn bát phở đúng nghĩa.

I recently discovered this fantastic Chinese restaurant in the Gay Village. We ordered their Beef Noodles and Fried Dumplings with Pork, Leak, and Shrimp. The Beef Noodles were served in a large bowl, perfect for sharing, and the taste was incredible. The dumplings were also delicious, especially when dipped in the noodle soup. What impressed me most was their extended operating hours, open until 11 PM, which is rare for Chinese restaurants. I highly recommend Chuan for its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.
