One of the most unspoken things about any cafe is the level of service. Today I was served by Jodie. She was upbeat, smiling and an absolute example of how to show up to a customer. She may go through her day with no one mentioning it, but a smile is catching. Thanks Jodie. You never know when or who might need your lightheartedness. Oh and Nero’s … they do a delicious Vegan Raspberry croissant, which I highly recommend.

Solemn faces always. Okay good coffees to compensate. Staff too busy for tidying up. Need more helpers to cheering up. Didsbury needs it, anyway 😅
