I had a wonderful experience at the Waterstones café in Deansgate. I was served by Nia, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. She made me feel so welcome, and her helpfulness really stood out. I ordered an iced matcha, which was absolutely delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect spot to unwind. Thanks to Nia’s warm service, my visit was extra enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I can’t recommend this café enough! It’s my favourite coffee spot in town. The atmosphere is always lovely, and the staff are amazing—they never fail to brighten my day (special thanks to Molly and Adam, the manager). I often come in for a matcha latte, and in my humble opinion, it’s the best you can get in Manchester. The seating area is incredibly cosy—perfect for a chat with a friend or some quiet reading time. Highly recommend!
