This pub especially at week that landlord a landlord lady are lovely so down to earth the beer is nice the people are friendly too! Absolutely love this pub

We had a 60th surprise party here and it was an amazing night, the staff was all very welcoming and curteous, the dj chris went above and beyond with from being the dj, to taking videos n photos, and even helping all the customers to get taxis and get home safe and sound, julie and ian were extremely helpful and lovely to not just me but to all the customers,and our family and friends, everyone was commenting saying its such a lovely pub with a great atmosphere that you dont usually get in this area nowadays and it was lovely to hear all the positive comments, I would 100% reccomend this pub it was an amazing night and an even more amazing atmosphere so well done to julie, ian, chris and all the other lovely staff there too, .some of the people at the party had said they would definetly be making it there local from now on too and that was from people who have lived in gorton for years but had never been in it because of stories they had heard in the past years, but now they have been in and saw what a great place it really is they will definitely be calling in soon too.
