The concept here is great and the entrance is really fun, especially the 'American' bouncer. The menu is also exciting and we were keen to try a few things for a friends birthday, however our visit was really frustrating. I'm wondering if we were unlucky as other reviews are really good but having been seated and had the menu briefly explained we waited just short of an hour for our first drinks. No apology for the wait and no refill of our empty water glasses. We had ordered shots - our server suggested this whilst we waited for our first cocktails but we didn't get these until 55 minutes after we arrived, then our main cocktails took another 20 minutes. The first waitress was good at telling the story which was a nice touch and we ordered another round which did come more quickly but was just put down without any of the story the first round had. We gave up then and went on our way. Drinks were nice and there are some fun touches but was tarnished a bit by the wait times - just to clarify the bar wasn't full, there were plenty of staff, just very slow delivery. Perhaps just a bad Saturday night? But was disappointing.

Concept is great. Love the secret entrance. Drinks are veryyyy expensive though so be prepared.
