Computer systems were down, but staff still let us look around and see the great views of Manchester.

Went for afternoon tea and the food was standard, with an extremely narrow selection of tea served in teabags. Although the service was generally good, we had a frosty reception from the bar managers, especially towards one member of my family in particular. Overpriced for the quality as you're mostly paying for the view (which was admittedly excellent); would not go again.

Extraordinary views, great service and decent snacks and afternoon tea. Make sure to go round to the view through the floor looking 23 floors down. Average cocktails though and a lot of glitz.
