Lovely building, great shows. Moulin Rouge especially good, however seating very tight and originally appears to have been designed for munchkins with barely enough room to sit down for an average male

Came to watch Moulin Rouge as a joint birthday treat for me and my partner. We both loved the show! The performers were fantastically talented and the costumes were stunningly beautiful! The theatre has lots of traditional charm and the staff are helpful and polite. Our only negatives are that the chairs are very small (I'm a larger curvy woman but my partner isn't) we both found sitting in the seats uncomfortable. I know the seats are probably original so theres not much that can be altered to help. In addition the whole theatre was very warm and although we visited at the end of August it wasnt a particularly warm day...air con would be a welcome addition if its possible.

Amazing hospitality at this beautiful old theatre, lovely staff
