Bueno, bonito… pero muy mejorable. Es un mercado visualmente atractivo y con ambiente animado, ideal para turistas que quieren una introducción rápida a la gastronomía española. Sin embargo, muchas tapas, pinchos y raciones están ya preparadas con antelación, lo que afecta a la frescura y calidad. El exceso de fritos y rebozados también baja el nivel, especialmente si buscas algo más auténtico. Aun así, sigue siendo un punto turístico casi obligado, más por la experiencia que por la comida en sí. Recomendado para visitantes, pero no representa lo mejor de la cocina española.
