A mí mujer, que es valenciana, la paella le ha parecido correcta, que es bastante en su opinión porque es muy radical a ese respecto. A mí, que soy valenciano de adopción, me ha gustado mucho. No os dejéis engañar por las paellas: la de 6 personas da para comerla 10 con raciones de lo más generosas. Lo que me ha "molestado" es que puedes encargar la paella directamente en el local. Tienes que llamar por teléfono para hacerlo, que es poner un paso extra sin sentido, en mi opinión. En cualquier caso, seguro que volveremos a pedir la próxima visita a Madrid
