Recién llegado a Madrid, estaba buscando un ramen que me recordara los que probé en un viaje reciente a Hokkaido y aquí lo encontré. Voy casi cada semana (también al otro local que es el Kotsu x Kotsu) He probado el ramen miso con vieira y mantequilla, el de miso y el de miso picante. El caldo es auténtico y el conjunto delicioso. El ajitama estaba brutal, me sorprendió tanto como el caldo o más. El staff super amable y atento. El local muy acogedor.
