En esta árdua competencia de smash burgers en Madrid, Manteca se ubica tranquilamente en el top 3 según yo. Unas hamburguesas muy bien logradas, con una salsa de la casa muy bien lograda e ingredientes de primera. El lugar es impecable y provoca ir a comer allí. Y por supuesto atendidos de manera muy amable y cercana.

Cuanta gente se ha comido el verso de que las hamburguesas tienen que ser gigantes llena de ingredientes en dimensiones exageradas! A ver si dejamos un poquito el tik tok.. Ahora bien, los que sabemos de hamburguesas somos los que realmente sabremos disfrutar de un sitio donde todos los sabores tienen el equilibrio justo. La calidad de la carne en formato smash con la cantidad de grasa perfecta, jugosa y que se deshace en la boca; los toppings super sabrosos y todos en su justa medida; y el pan una delicia. Todo acompañado con unas papas de 10, crujientes por fuera y blanditas por dentro. El conjunto es espectacular. El ambiente minimalista, siempre tranquilo. Un sitio que invita a repetir y disfrutar un buen rato de algo tan simple y tan rico a la vez. El servicio es excelente! Y es excelente por la educación, los saludos cordiales al llegar, la calma para tomar pedidos, el `gracias por venir´, el ´los esperamos otra vez´! No como leo en otros comentarios que creen que el mal servicio es tener que levantarse a buscar la comida. Por favor! no desviemos las cosas a lo que no es realmente importante. PD: No se vayan sin pedir su franuí para la vuelta a casa. Un viaje de ida.
