This is a very ideal place and perhaps the best place if you want to try delectable pig ears. We visited Orejas de Jaime 2-3 times per month and always happy with the quality. The price is reasonable and the owner prefers you to pay cash. Some of you might feel their service sucks or that it’s too loud or whatsoever, but! The orejas here are just so delicious that even if they spit on you, slap you or ask you to dance hakunamatata, it’s worth it. I usually look at whether the service and atmosphere are congruent with the environment, so in this case it’s a big yes. My recommended dishes would be the orejas and the pimientos. Just order those two, the rest I feel just ok. Highly recommended!

La verdad que me recuerda los bares madrileños antiguos. Tienen mucho sabor!!! Y las orejas y los champiñones exquisitos.
