I didn't eat here, it was to busy so I grabbed a take away. I find it interesting that these specialty coffee places are popping up claiming to be Melbourne style. Well they are not. Melbourne style is a double shot, medium sized latte with or without chocolate on top. Melbourne style does not have foam, ever. Beautifully stretched fresh milk is a must. No UHT. 2 to 3% fat works best. The coffee flavour at HanSo was ok but they gave me a story about changing suppliers soon so good luck guys. PS keep it real there is no need to charge 3 euro for a coffee.
