Nos encantó el lugar y la comida es deliciosa, pedimos varios platillos y realmente ricos. El postre nos lo recomendó la chica que nos atendió y estaba muy bueno. Los precios son altos pero los platillos son de calidad y también los podrías compartir. Nosotros reservamos.

Llevo viniendo a El Paraguas desde su primer año de apertura, y después de tantos años, puedo decir con total convicción que sigue siendo uno de los grandes templos gastronómicos de Madrid. No es una visita puntual, sino parte de mi historia personal en la ciudad. La calidad se mantiene intacta con el paso del tiempo, e incluso mejora. Cada visita es una garantía de sabores auténticos, elegancia y un servicio impecable. El solomillo es sencillamente insuperable: tierno, sabroso, perfectamente cocinado. Y las colmenillas… una auténtica joya que no se encuentra en cualquier carta, y mucho menos con este nivel de maestría. El ambiente es siempre cálido, distinguido, y lleno de detalles cuidados. Visitar Madrid y no pasar por El Paraguas es dejar una experiencia esencial sin vivir. Aquí no solo se come: se celebra la cocina. Gracias por tantos años de excelencia. Seguiré volviendo, como siempre.
