Por 85€ por comensal, espero algo más. La comida era bastante buena. El local es bonito pero no muy cómodo. El servicio es muy rápido, ágil, y aunque un poco superficial. A penas nos recomendaron ni explicaron los platos ni la bebida, pese a que pedimos sakes, preguntamos por el champán, ostras, wagyu.. etc. El camarero vino varias veces a preguntar si queríamos algo más y nos trajo la cuenta, daba la sensación de que necesitaban que salieramos pronto. Estuvimos menos de 1 hora. Soy profesional del sector, y estoy acostumbrado a que en ese rango de precio el servicio sea de mayor nivel.

Tenía curiosidad por conocer este sitio, siempre con una larga fila de gente joven esperando cada taarde a que abra sus puertas. Aprovechamos que era domingo y época estival y Madrid estaba prácticamente vacía. Nos gustó mucho. Todo muy escueto, es cierto (el tamaño de los nigiris no es el habitual) pero con mezclas sorprendentes y acertadas. El nigiri de calamar es muy recomendable, al igual que el handroll (papel de alga crujiente) de anguila que me resultó espectacular. Servicio rápido y simpático con un método eficaz e innovador de pedir a la carta. Recomiendo, sin duda, probarlo!!
