La référence d’un centre commercial en pleine ville. Entre escaliers mécaniques en panne ou en entretien ça fait beaucoup et pas sérieux.

Centre commercial agréable mais avis très négatif sur les toilettes : non seulement elles sont payantes à 1€ (sauf si on est inscrit au programme de fidélité du centre...) mais en plus il n'y a personne qui les tient. Allés un dimanche, le distributeur automatique est bien présent pour payer et pouvoir accéder aux toilettes, cependant aucun personnel sur place. Or ces toilettes sont censés être gratuites pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, les enfants de moins de 10 ans et les femmes enceintes, et sans code barre, impossible d'y accéder, ni à l'espace nurserie. J'ai donc dû m'inscrire au programme pour pouvoir changer mon bébé et lui faire chauffer à manger. Je trouve ça intolérable que ces toilettes censées être gratuites pour certaines personnes ne soient pas accessibles pour ces personnes. On nous oblige à payer ou à s'inscrire au programme. Très pratique de demander à un enfant en bas âge ou à une femme enceinte de se retenir...
