Je suis allée l’autre jour chez Pralus pour acheter leur fameuse brioche, leur excellente brioche. Il y avait à la caisse la possibilité de goûter leur barre au chocolat. Celle que j’ai testé était au praliné avec goût café une véritable surprise la café était très présent super bonne. Du coup comme je ne pouvais pas toutes les prendre j’ai pris chocolat au lait praliné amande. Je me suis régalée tout est bon dans cette boutique. J’en est acheté une

La brioche est excellente,MAIS le colorant E129 est de trop! Des études scientifiques ont déjà suggéré un rôle de ce colorant dans les allergies et les troubles de l'attention avec ou sans hyperactivité (TDAH)chez les enfants. Il serait également neurotoxique et cancérigène.
