Passée devant par hasard en allant bruncher chez Bartholomé, voire la pâtissière former ses babka en vitrine m'a donné envie de les goûter. Une très bonne initiative !!!! Les babkas sont fabuleuses, très moelleuses et bien garnies. Un véritable régal !!! Une vraie belle découverte 🤤🤤

Un des meilleurs babkas que j’ai goûtés jusqu’à présent ! Pâte moelleuse et filante, garniture généreuse… Un régal ! On a testé pistache/fleur d’oranger et choco/noisette : délicieuses toutes les deux. On a aussi pris une hallah à emporter, très réussie également. Accueil super sympa, et j’ai même pu garer ma poussette à côté de notre table sans souci. À savoir: seulement deux tables pour manger sur place, donc mieux vaut prévoir de prendre à emporter :)
