Un de mes incontournables à Lyon ! Les pâtisseries de Mariller les Saveurs sont toujours d’une grande finesse, avec des associations originales et parfaitement équilibrées. J’ai un vrai faible pour leur dessert emblématique, le Franklin (framboise, pistache et vanille) : un petit bijou aussi beau que bon. Depuis qu’ils ont ouvert à la gare Part-Dieu, j’ai aussi découvert leurs viennoiseries — notamment leur brioche praline qui est tout simplement à tomber ! L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, que ce soit en boutique ou sur place, et c’est toujours un plaisir d’y retourner. Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de pâtisserie lyonnaise moderne et gourmande.
