Le tieb. est correcte malgré l'adaptation perceptible au palais occidentaux c'est-à-dire qu'il est "un peu fade". Le piment est bien préparé. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le choix de rhum vieux (Barbancourt, Squadron...)
