Je tiens à vous informer que je ne cherche pas à vous donner une note, mais plutôt à partager mon ressenti lors de ma visite chez vous. J'ai été vraiment déçu par l'accueil, qui était assez agressif. Il est essentiel de conserver un aspect humain dans tout ce que l'on fait. Je comprends que les journées peuvent être difficiles, mais cela ne devrait pas empêcher d'être bienveillante. Je vous souhaite bon courage et j'espère que la prochaine fois, vous penserez à mon message pour mieux traiter les personnes qui viennent chercher un colis ou acheter dans votre boulangerie. Merci. Je vous mets quand même cinq étoiles car je pense que tout le monde peut s'améliorer et j'espère que cela vous encouragera à offrir un meilleur accueil à l'avenir. Mais pour ma part, j'espère ne plus recevoir de colis chez vous.
