Je fréquente cette enseigne principalement le week-end, symbole du tout repos dans la cuisine pour les forces vives de la Nation (lol). Cependant, il y a lieu de nuancer le propos, cela dépend du personnel qui sert... malheureusement, contrairement à Colombus, sis à proximité, je ne connais pas les noms. Certains sont exemplaires, d'une politesse peu commune, d'autres ont encore des progrès à faire. Pour le personnel qui mérite les 5 étoiles : je pense à un jeune avec des cheveux mi-longs, bouclés, toujours souriants et aimables. Je pense aussi à un jeune avec des tresses africaines. Mon avis est essentiellement accès sur l'accueil et le sourire. D'autres personnels ont des progrès à faire sur ce point 🤔 ils sont responsables de la perte d'une étoile, et encore je fais preuve de modération à la Socrate, car j'essaie de ne pas tenir compte des erreurs de caisse, qui m'oblige, en leur présence, à solliciter le détail du ticket de caisse, vu les erreurs qu'ils commettent souvent... ce qui à de quoi surprendre... 😞

I wasn't expecting much as I had noticed it was a bean to cup coffee machine, not a traditional espresso machine, but the espresso was excellent and the artisan croissant was crisp, flakey but still moist inside. Considering I had paid the same for a far inferior product from the supermarket bakery next door, it was a very pleasant surprise. €4.10 for a double espresso and pastry, I would say very reasonable in a city rhe size of Lyon and at today's prices.
